What's the difference between Dolby Atmos and Dolby Spatial Audio? Can I get a full Atmos experience in movies and such with this?
In headphones it's all virtual. So, no the "full" Atmos experience requires a minimum on 5.1.2 (8 speakers) and a solid receiver. But you should be able to get decent directional audio out of these, better than cheap speakers and defiantly better than tv speakers.
These would be pretty good for movies, tend to have more bass, less so for critical audio listening.
How do these compare to the Cloud II? Same same but different?
Per AI:
"The HyperX Cloud III is a significant upgrade to the Cloud II, offering improved comfort with thicker earcups and headband, a cleaner, more professional-sounding microphone, and enhanced connectivity with a USB-C dongle and software support for a customizable EQ experience. While the Cloud II provides a classic, comfortable experience with more bass and a traditional USB sound card for virtual surround, the Cloud III features a more open sound profile with DTS Spatial Audio and better overall build quality."
