I bought this TV earlier this year and have been really happy with it. I bought it from a B&M store and this TV looked better than all the other models on display, with the exception of the OLED models.
I can't speak to the longevity of it just yet, but I've never had a TV fail, and I've had some cheapos. Actually the only one that I have any issues with is an upper tier Samsung that has gotten annoyingly slow with it's UI and sometimes changes sound settings for no good reason (switches to TV speakers instead of soundbar).
