Hmm the 3 pack is also on sale for 16.99. Amazon says customers usually keep this item. The price history also shows that this is the lowest the 2 and 3 pack has gotten ever. This seems like a good deal if you don't need more than 20 watts.

I don't think it's the same one (the pictures are different) but it's a folding 20W Anker one & might be better if you're looking to buy more than one.
