I was at Sams Club yesterday and the Xbox Series S was listed for $199 when I took the ticket up to the register, they said they did not have any remaining. I assume the workers are holding them to buy the Xbox's and resale.

Community Reviews

Microsoft Xbox Wireless Controllers are showing a strong local pickup deal, with some clubs pricing the white or black models around $29.90 to $29.91 and curbside pickup available. The controllers are praised for the familiar Xbox feel, and the low price makes them tempting as backups or trade in fodder. Pricing is highly location dependent, though, with other clubs showing $34, $39.91, or even $59.99, and shipping can jump to around $41 or more unless the order reaches the free shipping threshold. Longevity concerns also come up, especially stick drift and occasional button issues, so this is a good value only if the local price lines up.

I'm really curious if the different color ones will be offered at this price. This is low enough I want to get one for my son so he stops using mine but his siblings have their favorite colors.

I am guessing they had a book of tickets and limited consoles. It was over a week ago since the price dropped so I'm sure any employees had their chance to buy them to resell.

I have an S and would have totally jumped on an X when it was under $300.

I would bet good money the S will be $199 somewhere this black friday.

Shipping is free only if you hit $50. Not worth it without hitting the cap.

at this price, you guys might as well pick up two, one for backup cuz you're bound to get stick drift. I'm trying out another controller with TMR sticks now. Suppose to eliminate stick drift.. so far so good.
