I have this drill and it's very solid. Even though it's not on the same level as DeWalt or Milwaukee, it has handled some heavy jobs no problem. The prices is a steal. The only bad part is the product line is very small but what they do have is great for a small homeowner.

The fact that the battery charges with a regular usb-c is a huge bonus.

I have these and really like them. Got them last year and they work well. Can't beat the price for 2 brushless tools, battery, and USB charger.

I wouldn't buy it at this price, but this set was $30 for lots of the year and I would expect it to drop for Christmas sales coming up https://a.co/d/0ioPpLq

The $40 sale was the old version or new version? I forgot to check Amazon. Have just been watching Lowe's and they haven't had the 2ah or the 4ah in stock

Great tools. I use these more than my 20v MAX DeWalt tools now.

This is truly something to consider. $50 seems like a Great price for this kit but to get another battery is going be $35ish on up .

Even the Skil knock-off 12 volt batteries are pricey.

Or Buy the other kit, keep the battery and try to sell the bare tool? https://www.lowes.com/pd/SKIL-PWR...5015240817

I have this impact and it's light. Great for fixing stuff around the house. Doesn't feel as solid as my Flex or Milwaukee M12 but hey it's $50.

Looks like a great deal for a small scale DIYer, homeowner, or dad who just needs to fix something sometimes.
Definitely not Milwaukee quality, but if you don't need it to be, why spend 5x the price?

Great gift idea for a new homeowner, college graduate etc. who isn't the most mechanically inclined with their own fancy tool sets but will still need to fix basic things from time to time.
