This sale price occurs often, and I was planning to grab it when back on, but instead waiting to hopefully get a sale on the Gearwrench 80966. The craftsman overdrive set $100 off at $279 is actually a decent deal being they are rbrt clones.

Guys I have a question, so I know this gets mentioned quite often, but I know the history about craftsman being a solid brand till the 2000's as they went overseas making the products reducing the quality.

Is craftsman comparable or better than some of the tools you find in harbor freight (Pittsburgh) ones, in your opinion?

I know I've been dabbing into this world a bit more now since I started wrenching since last year fixing the Z, but I find that just getting a good deal is on the priority list, but I do know that some wrenches do cost more cause of the quality
