I have a power station but its internal battery is a 48 V, so when I run 12 V things you lose some efficiency stepping it down to 12 V. I also have a 12 V battery and I'll just often run those device devices directly from the battery and I get much more run time per ah of battery.

You must have a small AC unit..most AC units use closer to 1350 watts. That battery will last less than 3 hours with a standard 13500 btu unit running constantly.
Think of a fridge. It takes a lot of power momentarily starting up, a decent amount bringing temperature down to levels and then very little maintaining that temperature.
But yes if you are trying to cool your room from 100f down to 70f it won't last long. However maintaining 70f takes much less power.

can i use this to charge my ecoflow power station?<br />

Im thinking of connecting it using alligator clips from 12v batt to xt60 to the back of the power station. not sure if this will work and advisable.
I charge the battery bank from solar through a Redodo charge controller.
