kleenex got way rougher recently. I have old stock from like 2020 and it was diff than the ones I got from the store. Also buy puff but not lotion kind. I don't like the greasy texture. Regular puff are softer than kleenex

I bought the ultra soft Kleenex (the only version my partner uses) from Amazon a few years ago and remember her complaining about them not being as soft as the ones bought from Target. Last month, I repurchased them from Amazon, and my partner complained again. I wouldn't believe her, so she had me test one on each hand, and the one from Target was noticeably softer compared to the one from Amazon. I had seen people complain about Sensodyne toothpastes from Amazon feeling different here on SD, but always thought they were crazy, but I guess not.

So I don't know how it's possible but I agree! Because I feel the same way about Dove bar soap. The ones from Amazon seem to be making our hands dry as sand paper! But the ones we get from Sam's or Costco or anywhere else, is perfectly fine on our skin! I even emailed Dove to see if Amazon selling phonies was a possibility but they had me send them sku#s and what not and they confirmed they were legit dove products. So who knows. I still think there is some sort of conspiracy! lol

Was able to duplicate OP on the UltraSoft version just now by buying x2 and clipping 30% off coupon in S&S. The addn'l $10 off for multi-buy worked, too. TU OP and repped.
