You can get 5% back via Amex offers, on top of cc points. So this is not a great good deal currently.

I feel like when buying gift cards for clothing brands, you should expect around 20% off. See gap 40 for 50, adidas 50 for 65 and so on.

100% agree... just not the case for Nike. Gap can go on sale at 24%, Adidas sometimes even 35% off. But Nike is rarely more than this.

My girlfriend used to wear Nikes all the time when she was still a boy but a couple weeks ago she bought some Converse and hasn't been wearing her Nikes. It seems like this brand really caters to bois.
