The lowest ever for the 83" B4 was/is from costco for $1500 with additional 3 years warranty (total 5 years) though It was in store clearance only ( as of few weeks ago, a few were still available here and there).

FYI, the 83" B4 is a C4 in disguise! It has the same SOC and panel as the C4 (minus the boosted brightness). I don't believe that is true for the 83" B5.

The B4 65, was only cheaper than this once (Best Buy) and it only lasted a day (maybe two). The B4 was this same price (actually $899), it was advertised as a B3, but they were shipping B4's for a few weeks (Beach Camera).

How does this 83" b5 compare to a 83" c3? I have the c3 and contemplating getting this for a second room, but the room is a living room so gets alot of light in the day

It's not "in theory". Go read the direct comparison reviews at rtings.com. Your statement is an opinion, I'm talking about specific technical capabilities and specifications. The only thing I've seen negative regarding the 83" B4 vs the C4 was that the B4 had a more matte-like finish on the screen that people either didn't mind, or hated.

No way. Matte finish?! WHY TF WOULD YOU PUT MATTE ON AN OLED TV? Does the B5 have this issue as well?

I'm not sure, that's just what a few commenters said in the last thread on a good 83" B4 deal. One said they didn't mind at all, the other poster said they returned the tv because of it. I've never seen one in person, so I can't judge.

Their Customer Support is a joke. Just called again because the Soundbar is showing as available to order with Delivery date of 10/29. Yet I still haven't received mine when I ordered way back on 10/8. All their Customer Support can do is apologize. And say that it's on Backorder. Even though the website says otherwise. When I explain this to them. All I get is them repeating it's showing on Backorder. And then again they apologize. But can't actually do anything about it. They suggested I cancel the order. Which I'm not going to do. It's been nothing but issues. The only thing that was delivered fast was the Speaker. Which arrived 1 day (10/10) after it said it would (10/9). And even with that the Tracking only showed up after it was already delivered. Yesterday I was able to reschedule the TV delivery for 10/28. When initially ever since 10/15 I have only been able to pick 11/3 at the earliest. Even though the TV was suppose to arrive 10/14. We shall see if the TV even get's delivered tomorrow.
