Community Reviews
This CUCKOO high pressure rice cooker is built for people who cook rice often and want more than a basic pot. The comments highlight inductive heating for even cooking, pressure cooking for faster results and a different texture, and a regular steamed cycle alongside the turbo mode. It also gets praise for brown rice and for handling other dishes like Korean braised short ribs. The main hesitation is price, since the niche features and non stick coating feel hard to justify for occasional use. A better fit when rice is a daily staple.
The cooker can produce a different rice texture and may work well for brown rice.
The cooker can also prepare non-rice dishes like Korean braised short ribs.
The high-pressure rice cooker can be sensible for households that cook rice frequently and make full 6-cup batches daily.
The cooker can use inductive heating for more even cooking and pressure cooking for faster results.
The price can feel too high because the extra niche features may not be needed for everyday use.
The value may be questionable if rice is not eaten 2-3 times daily, since a cheaper cooker could suffice.
The cooker may be viewed as overpriced for its specific purpose, especially compared with microwave or much cheaper rice setups.
The non-stick coating preference may be a drawback for people who prefer stainless-steel pressure cooking.

I would rather spend this kind of money on a nice hooker instead of a rice cooker.
Like Tiger is from Japan, I think Cuckoo is from Korea.
On the other side of the world, asians take their rice cooking very seriously. Everyone has a different use case.
