In my opinion is better to get a cast iron or carbon steel griddle.

This nonstick pan is rated for 400 degrees F, so you should only have this on medium heat at the max. Cast Iron and Carbon steel can do high.

I'll assume this is higher quality nonstick and has a lifespan of 5-7 years with proper care. Cast Iron and Carbon steel lasts your lifetime with proper care.

On this nonstick pan you can't use steel, but can use softer cooking tools made from wood, plastic, or silicone. Cast Iron and Carbon can handle soft tools as well as tough metal cooking tools.
