This is a strong price on a Wi Fi 7 Deco mesh system, with the 3 pack landing far below Costco and other recent prices. The system is praised for strong range, signal, speed, solid reliability, and useful extras like an IoT network and built in WireGuard VPN server and client. It also works with Wi Fi 6 and earlier devices. The main caution is that some units have shown unstable performance or satellite disconnects, and the lower price later jumped at checkout for some carts. A compelling upgrade if the hardware version and checkout price hold.
Common Questions (5)
It can be a strong upgrade: users moving from Deco M9 Plus, Deco AXE5300, Eero 6+, and Eero 6 Pro report better range, stronger signal/speed, and more configuration options. A caveat is that one setup reported constant disconnects and satellite-link issues, so performance may depend on hardware version and environment.
The promo is a cashback reward, not an instant checkout discount. The 20% can show as 5% plus an additional 15% in Chase/Amazon rewards, and only the amount charged to the card earns it; gift card portions do not.
The sale price sometimes held if the item was already added to cart, even after the listing jumped back to about $414.99 at checkout. Some orders completed at the lower price, while others were corrected as a pricing error.
The newer hardware is reported as v2.60, and one box was marked "US/2.6," which likely indicates that revision. The older v1.60 version was associated with unstable Wi‑Fi speeds, so checking the box label before opening can help.
Yes. It is backward compatible with Wi‑Fi 6 and earlier devices, so older phones, laptops, and smart-home gear can still connect while newer Wi‑Fi 7 devices use the faster mesh features.

I have played around with the settings but again Deco does not allow you much control via the app. Probably your mileage may vary but it's been a constant pain for me and I cannot wait to move to a different brand.
My AXE5300 has that feature and it's nice for the 2.4 band.
