I keep this thing in my cart because i did a lot of grilling this summer and these were decent. Saw it dip down lowest to $7.49.
I'm seeing $11.99 currently.

I misread your post. You meant $3.99 per LB! Nevermind then.
This isn't a terrible price but it's not great. This pack has dipped down lower than this periodically.
If you're in the Bay, try Grocery Outlet for 80/20. My target strike price is about $3ish/lb, and its pretty common.
