If you're in the Bay, try Grocery Outlet for 80/20. My target strike price is about $3ish/lb, and its pretty common.
San Francisco think it's $11.99 everywhere else still a good deal
Same price in Indy, but another $2.99 for same day delivery that is less than $25. Still a good price for 3 lbs of ground beef. If you want it, act fast because it turned to unavailable while in my cart.
