I was skeptical too -- until I bought it in the Spring. I'd seen these "waterless" or "rinseless" wash products for many years. But the newer ones (ONR and a few others) have actually gotten good reviews on the detailing forums. I'm an hobbyist detailer for many decades, so I was always the 2 buckets and a hose guy...
I used this in the colder spring months, but kept in mind that this can't defy the laws of physics. If you have lots of stuff deposited on your car's paint, you can't expect this to fully emulsify the dirt 100% and there a risk of some scratching. I live in the NE, so there is lots of salt/sand that accumulates and I wouldn't use it without rinsing with a hose first to the bigger particles off. But the way I think of it is that this stuff is like "super soap" -- soap is slick and emulsifies dirt -- said another way, this stuff is better than soap at doing what soap does.

It took me 7 years to use up a 32oz bottle!

$27 for 128oz of v5 a -great- deal, but at the rate I'm using it, it will take me 20+ years to use up, so I might pay $25 for the 32oz v6 just so I can give that a try. Big Grin
I bought this back in 2013 but I never used it. You think it's still good? lol

Seems expired, only getting 500 error now, and searching Optimum No Rinse doesn't bring up any gallon sizes anymore. My half bottle of 32oz should last me another 3 years, so I'll look forward to the v6 going on sale before then Big Grin

Get a $5 pump sprayer and dunk it in a bucket of solution. Pre-treat your car with it by spraying it all over and letting it dwell for 5-10 minutes. Then go at it with the sponge. Adds a layer of safety from scratching the paint, in case there's some tough dirt stuck on there by emulsifying it.

But this blue version is the non-wax versus their green liquid version integrates wax ingredients
Good point -- the blue version doesn't have wax, but does leave some minor coating of some sort that I don't feel the need to wax, for what it's worth.

I found it on mobile searching ONR and selecting sizes but can't check out - same 500 issue.

That's only 4 or 5 times per year.
Some people wash their cars every couple of days. It's ridiculous.

Great deal. Too bad I'm stocked from the last sale or I'd jump all over this.
Does it have expiration date?

Seems like this is good for a quick wash on a vehicle that's already fairly clean? Usually when I'm washing my vehicles they've got a good coat of dirt/dust/salt or something on them so I feel like without a pre-rinse this would cause scratching wouldn't it?
