The Samsung 85 inch QN90D stands out as a very bright mini LED TV that works especially well in sunlit rooms, with the 5 year Allstate plan often included in the offer. Pricing has swung sharply, with pickup and local store totals reported from about $1,299 down to $999, while delivery has stayed much higher. The main catch is the size and weight, since moving the 85 inch set can be a workout and pickup pricing has sometimes involved warranty charge confusion. A strong big screen if you have the space and can handle the logistics.

  • Price and availability can change quickly, including drops to $999 that can force cancellations.

  • The pickup-only price can come with a warranty charge that may be hard to remove online.

  • The TV is very heavy, which can make loading and lifting into a truck difficult.

  • Image quality may require calibration and Blu-ray testing before it feels impressive.

its including Allstate 5yr plan to it for $0.

I have the 75" version of this and its very tempting if I can fit it in the space.

btw this things are super heavy, the 75" was about 100lbs. if you are picking it up in a truck its going to be a workout to lift it to the bed

Not sure if its 100 lbs. Looking at the doc below, the weight without stand is only about 96 pounds and that is for the 85 inches.

FYI if 83" is too big for your situation, Samsung EPP has the 75" QN90D for $1,169 after $200 trade in credit. May want to check it out.

Just picked one up from Sam's in Conroe, TX (had 2 left) for $1299.91 before tax.

There's also a $20 off $40+ promo for plus members I was able to stack.

Thanks for the post OP.

Bummer, looks like I caught a deep discount. Keep your eyes on it, especially with BF around the corner.

Got one in Oxford Alabama (36203)
They still had two available and as of this message still showing $1399.

Personal opinion:
It is a lot of real estate to look at, so far I have mixed feelings coming from a Sony 65 OLED that I probably will be moving to a darker room. Got to calibrate, and try with a blu-ray player, but I do not feel really wow'ed about the image and lighting quality.
