Ultra 5 255 has the Intel Arc graphics chipset. This is what you want at the moment.

So a good deal if you just need this spec and don't need upgrade.
I recommend to just get a 1TB ssd and swap it to C drive. Use the existing, 500, as D drive to double archive things.

I hope you're just trolling. This computer comes with a 180W PSU. You probably can't add much to this without upgrading the PSU.

Only 512GB? Waste of hard drive. Would this work 24/7 as home server?

Ha haHa haHa ha I would guess a 5090 wouldn't even fit in this case. The thought of someone dropp $3k on a gpu and then going so cheap on the rest of the build made me lol, thank you.

cheapest at dell, at the moment, with that CPU, starts at $650...and that's slim, this one is tower.
Seems like a good deal

bestbuy has it for $800 https://www.bestbuy.com/product/d...J3K4L63YCT [bestbuy.com]

open box for 592
Tower? So can I put a 5070 super 18gb when it releases and upgrade the power supply to match the gpu if needed then?

Note that there seems to be only one audio port and it's on the front of the machine. If you use speakers or headphones with a 1/8" stereo plug, they'll be dangling from the front of the machine. Nothing technically wrong with that, but it may be an aesthetic issue for some folks.

Good callout. I noticed this too when I was setting it up for my dad. It looks like the Tower Plus model has audio ports in the back and front.

If you use speakers, one way to get around this is by using USB speakers.

You can buy a USB sound card. I picked one up from eay for $13. Problem solved.

Not bad, but another option is through dell directly.
Same base computer. Can get $100 back with AMEX, 10% off with email sign up, and dell rewards too.
But I'm not getting my Costco Executive 2% back (+more using their CC) 😄
