I also stayed in Japan for months. Go visit there and only then I'll hear what you have to say about food/dog behavior. At least in Japan, they not only pick up dog poop, but literally spray off dogs marking their territory. Infinitely better than Germany.
Try again.
They still eat real food over there, yuck.
