germany has terrible food btw. and every morning, you get the fresh scent of dog poo on the sidewalks because no one picks up after their dogs.

Yeah, hardly any McD's and Burger Kings. Or Taco Bells or Subways.

McDonald, Burger King and Subways are everywhere... Only Taco Bells are on US military bases for now, but KFCs are everywhere.

Of course this doesn't apply if you want to go during Christmas, which is the only time you would want to go to Germany for a vacation during winter (IMO duh).
