This Azocek inverter is a compact Milwaukee M18 battery adapter with one AC outlet, two 18 watt USB QC ports, one 30 watt USB C PD port, and a 400 lumen work light. Hands on testing confirms USB C PD works on a Pixel and the AC output can run around 100 watts, making it handy for small devices and quick charging. The main catch is that the title still says 18V, which is ambiguous, and the unit appears to drain batteries deeply without undervoltage protection. It looks best suited to light, short duration use with M18 packs.
The USB-C PD port can charge a Pixel while the AC outlet can run at about 100 watts.
The product description supports simultaneous rapid charging using two 18W USB QC ports and one 30W PD Type-C port.
The inverter can power small electronics like a TV with an amplified antenna and can run a small water pump or box fan.
The title and listing wording can be ambiguous about the battery platform, which may cause Milwaukee M18 shoppers to miss the deal.
The inverter may lack undervoltage lockout, which can risk deeply discharging lithium-ion batteries below cutoff.
The inverter can trigger safety cutoffs when powering borderline loads, with devices starting and stopping instead of running continuously.
The inverter may drain a Milwaukee battery to deep sleep and require jump-starting with another M18 battery.

Best case is use it for plug in LED light strips in the bathroom and take navy showers. You can usually get 4 days out of a hot water heater if you turn it on to get wet, and use lukewarm to rinse off. Get more if you wrap the hot water heater in a water heater insulation blanket and then put insulation on your pipes.
Not sure if you were joking or not, but just thought I'd suggest a couple things if you're worried.
Not even a second. Even if you connected just one of the 2 elements, you'll never get any heating out of these, it will shut down immediately. Can't even run an air conditioner on a 2000W without an additional hard start compressor.
