This is a lot of computer for $228 pre-tax, assuming the PayPal promo comes through (the discount isn't applied at checkout, so it's probably rewards credit post-purchase, or at least I hope so - nvm see edit) and this isn't a scam of some sort, obviously. No reviews on this particular item on Aliexpress, but the handful of reviews on the seller's other mini PCs seem legitimate.
The RAM is also dual-channel 2x8GB, so if 16GB is enough for you (it is for me), then that saves you from having to buy another memory stick with current inflated pricing.
EDIT: the PayPal promo didn't show up on mobile but did on desktop. Don't press purchase unless both discounts show up in your cart ($20 + $30)
