I've got same exact thing on regular Amazon Visa card.

Shows my card and last 4, but offer pic shows a Prime card.

Terms and Conditions just say I have to activate by end of the year (same as expiration). Doesn't say anything about having to be a Prime card vs not.

It does say at the end of the period that Whole Foods and Amazon Fresh will continue to earn 5% for Prime Visa and 3% for Amazon Visa, which is normal default for both.

So pretty sure this works for normal Amazon Visa cards as well and not just a mistake on my account.

No offer for me either. 5% back on groceries would have been nice!! I already have 5% back on gas at Costco with the Citi Visa card. Thanks OP!
