This is a pretty old version of the QCs. Be sure to check the BT version before buying. Also, from the packaging, I would guess it's the Costco version.
EDIT: I have the 45s from Costco and quite like them. My only complaint is that there's no mode with no ANC. Only ANC and talk-through. If you're sensitive to ear suck, it's nice to be able to disable it.
