"If you already have Windows 11 Home pre-installed on your PC and you want to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro, you should complete 2 simple steps: 1. Install all available updates: • Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot. Next, under Get up and running, select Windows Update > Run the troubleshooter • When the troubleshooter is finished running, restart your device • Next check for new updates. Select Start > Settings > Update & Security >Windows Update > Check for updates, and then install any available updates • Restart your device 2. Change Product (Activation) Key in Settings • Select Start Menu > Settings> Updates and Security > Activation > Change product key"

Fun Fact: If you upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, your existing Windows 10 key tied to your motherboard works for Windows 11. No need to purchase a new key.

Community Reviews

This is a gray market Windows 11 Pro activation key that can work for quick Home to Pro upgrades, remote desktop, and virtual machines. The strongest reports say the key appears immediately after purchase, the seller sometimes sends a replacement or workaround if the first activation fails, and the instructions can get a Home install upgraded successfully. The main cautions are that the keys may be OEM or region specific, may stop working after hardware changes or later deactivation, and some orders have shown duplicate or already used codes. A cheap but uncertain shortcut if you need Pro now.

Nice deal, does it work as an upgrade from Windows 11 Home? Or only clean Install?

"Please note: whether you paid by credit/debit card or PayPal, your bank or PayPal statement may show the name James Branch or Denys Morhun. These are our official payment accounts, used by DigitalKeysBox to securely process your order."

Sounds legit.

I always wonder about these sites. You hear it's sort of a grey market, but then why doesn't Microsoft shut it down? Should be easyish to make keys region specific.

But then you hear sometimes the registered os gets shut down after a few months, even though they let you use the key.

Idk. Weird market is weird.

Not only do they not shut it down, they sell ads for these sites right on Bing and other Microsoft websites.

What Microsoft does in my experience with these kinds of keys is after a few reconfigurations like motherboard swaps it will stop activating, I reach out to Microsoft support will give me some bullshit about this being an enterprise key and give me a "one time" replacement key which is actually only good for one activation.

I'm not aware of a way to validate these keys as actual lifetime keys while you can still do a chargeback.

Not seeing it on the page that it's Retail version. The price is good, but no indication that this can be moved to a new build when needed.

How desperate is Microsoft? Why not just give it away? Take my OS, PLEASE! Here, I'll even give it to you!

Erm, no thanks.
