"If you already have Windows 11 Home pre-installed on your PC and you want to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro, you should complete 2 simple steps: 1. Install all available updates: • Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot. Next, under Get up and running, select Windows Update > Run the troubleshooter • When the troubleshooter is finished running, restart your device • Next check for new updates. Select Start > Settings > Update & Security >Windows Update > Check for updates, and then install any available updates • Restart your device 2. Change Product (Activation) Key in Settings • Select Start Menu > Settings> Updates and Security > Activation > Change product key"
Fun Fact: If you upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, your existing Windows 10 key tied to your motherboard works for Windows 11. No need to purchase a new key.

Legally there is no real difference between this and the free script... Only difference is the script is free. Microsoft seems mostly OK with both because market share for their spyware is vastly more important tothem than the few bucks they make from a legit key.
Cool, 7 bucks for the OS, and 50 more dollars for third party programs that restore basic functionality that you've grown accustomed to for 30 YEARS, because some dopes think you want an experience more resembling a mobile app. My favorite is the ultra thing, near impossible to grab scroll bars

While I'm a huge fan of getting savings on software, this is the rare case where you're better off using any KMS/MAK activation tool that is exactly where these stolen/pirated enterprise Multiple Activation Keys come from. Just go to https://massgrave.dev/ and use their activation script which can activate various Microsoft products including Windows 11.
Also with these deals you just go to your System --> Activation --> Change Product Key
Once you enter your activation key you should be all set. You can also sign into your windows account and save the key there.
type cmd in your search field, once that opens type slmgr /dli
This will tell you what edition you are running. OEM or Retail channel

yep, took microsoft a long time to finally do that
The real trick is getting through installation without having an online instance, getting all of the drivers and updates done, then going back and removing all programs that MS has widgetized and allowed to run in the background.
Software installation and configuration should be 2 hours for Windows -- it's now more like 5 hours.
