I don't think these are USB Rechargeable, as per the OP. Looks like you need to own or buy a Li charger.

Bought these awhile back. Wrote a pretty good review here: They are about 80% of claimed capacity (1800-1900mAh).

You NEED a proprietary charger. These do NOT plug in to USB directly like some do.
FWIW the USB-direct charge models give up some capacity as a trade-off for the direct charging capability. There is limited room in that tiny can.
