Ordering from the LG partner store recently was the absolute worst experience of my life. Multiple delays, lies, and nobody having a clue as to what happened or how to fix it. Took me over a month to get appliances.

I'd avoid unless you have a ton of patience to deal with them.

OLED in general doesn't get as searingly bright as the better LCD's do. The higher end OLEDS get decently bright, but the B series is the base tier.That said, it's only really an issue if you are viewing in a very bright environment. Otherwise, the rest of the good attributes of OLED easily outweigh the lack of maximum brightness. At this price, you won't find a set with better picture quality for the money.

To add to this. I recently watched Alien 1979 4K HDR on a B4 in the dark and it was a total assault on my eyes, in a good way. The strobing/flashing light scene are bright enough that I reflexively squinted.

my Sony Bravia A90J just died tonight. that was Sony's top line a few years ago, how would this compare, or would I need to go up the line to be a similar feature/quality?

That sucks, based on rtings reviews the C5 is much closer to the A90J. This is a big step down.

s90f isnt the latest and greatest oled from samsung, but if you want bright picture go mini led.

LG store is a disaster. Can't remove items from carts. In fact, as I remove I items, I see more items.

S90f is 2025 model. Their greatest oled is s95f little more brightness and matt screen. Many people prefer glossy. If you have a light controlled room and don't care about Dolby vision and ignore the tizen shortcomings and use an external device, the wow factor on s90f is unmatched....

Just found out how to remove items from the cart. Use "save for later". Do not "remove". LG store is a joke at best.

after struggling for hours ordered one but apparently forgot to add handy install. now cs on phone wont add it now. just dont want to go thru the nightmare of cancel and ordeering it again

they give you a return label (usually UPS, even if the item was sent by FedEx). no issues so far, but takes a week or so after you return the item to get your refund back.
