These knives are horrible. The handles aren't sealed so water seeps into them. I wouldn't recommend them even if they were free.

Yeah, cookware/kitchen appliance brands like Farberware, Kitchenaid, and Cusinart do not make good knives. Shoddy construction, bad ergonomics, poor blade geometry. Junk at any price.
Victorinox and Kiwi are dirt cheap and better than these knives in every way.
