Swanson chicken broth at this price is a strong bulk pantry buy for holiday cooking, with the 18 pack working out to about 3.23 cents per ounce and beating Sam's Club pricing. The lower Subscribe and Save total has landed around $15 to $15.55 for some orders, and the broth is being used for Thanksgiving recipes and other boxed stock needs. The main drawbacks are the high sodium, 860 milligrams per cup, and some orders arriving with limited expiration windows, including June 2026. Delivery fees and subscription limits also affect the final value.
Common Questions (5)
Yes, several orders price out around $15.55 to $15ish with Subscribe & Save, and one order came to $20.14. The lower total depends on the checkout setup and available discounts.
It has 860 mg of sodium per 1-cup serving, which is about 37% sodium. That makes it a high-sodium broth compared with lower-sodium options like Costco chicken stock at 18%.
It can, but not always. One checkout showed the $10 off portion and 18 cartons for $30.06 plus delivery, while another user said the listing only offered Amazon Fresh and no Subscribe & Save option.
Expiration dates can vary by shipment. One order expired Oct. 30, 2026, while another received order had a June 2026 expiration, which may be too short for some buyers.
At $18.62 for 576 ounces, the Amazon deal works out to about 3.23 cents per ounce. That is cheaper than the Sam's Club Swanson broth prices cited at about 5.13 to 5.20 cents per ounce.

What sorcery is this?
Seriously, how did you do that - to bypass the quantity limit?
Click here [amazon.com] and adjust qty to 18
For most brands (and I expect this to be one of them) better than bouillon is cheaper and might even be better. Most boxed stock is just garbage.

Doesn't seem to qualify for the $10 off $30, but still a great deal!<br />
