Any pros here that can qualify this build / deal? I see they are not using the Ryzen 9 9950 here...

I've had very good luck with Lenovo products (I understand others might not have). From reading up a bit- Lenovo is not using proprietary parts, and these models are more easily repairable / upgradable than some of their previous products.

Man I'd be very interested too for some feedback from ppl that better understand these builds. I need a new pc for work; running 4 monitors and find these gaming pcs are properly overbuilt for my needs. Upgrading from a 2013 Cyberpc build that has worked flawlessly over the last dozen years. This seems to check all my boxes. Any reason not to jump on this or wait until BF?

The ram definitely sucks.i am sure they are cutting corners on the mobo, psu and ssd. And the GPU is probably a PNY.

I recently built a 5080 setup with above average parts for 1800

Could you provide a list of what you would buy (mobo, psu, ssd, mem, etc) if custom building; non-gaming but with the perks of having the best parts for under 2K. Thx!

Good for productivity but not as efficient as AMD's newer chips. Personally going to buy a 9000 series X3D chip probably next year (focus on gaming but they are more than adequate for basic productivity / basic virtualization).

I would definitely change that CPU cooler for something more beefy like this one
