One Open Box Excellent Near me but in the market for a 65" of this model. Walmart had the 65" version of the QM7K new for $550 a couple weeks back during their Deal Days.

Picked the Walmart 65" up during that super deal, it's a great TV will see how it plays out in the long run but the picture is fantastic. This is a great deal on the 55" version even with open box imo.

I really wish I had jumped on that one. Hoping something similar pops back up for the 65". Glad you're enjoying it!

BEWARE Tcl still has lots of uniformity / quality issues….you hear the term panel lottery often with TCL/Hisense. More prevalent on their lower lines but standard practice for them as well as buggy firmware.
These BB Open box are typically tvs with bad uniformity retured by those who tested their TVs and swapped in the hopes of a better panel. I went through 3x Hisense before I quit trying and spent the $$ on something better. Bad pixels, dirt in the layers, coating defects are other common problems of these b tier brands. I will admit I did have good luck with one of these QM7K at the last prime deal……but would not hassle with a returned TCL Tv, almost guaranteed to be a PQ issue.

Pretty good deal. I got mine for a bit more new but Excellent condition open box at Best Buy is typically basically new. This is what I was trying to get at the time.
I would recommend getting the 5 year plan. It covers a decent amount of issues including dead pixels and lighting strikes. That being said my old TCL TV lasted 9 years with no issues. I only bought this because the picture was just so obviously outdated.

Just wanted to point out that last night I bought a 65" TCL QM6K open box-excellent at my "local" best buy nearly an hour from home. Got home late. After work today went to hook it up - nothing inside the box. Everything was listed as included, hence the excellent.

No way to call the physical store. Just a bunch of worthless call centers. Trust but verify if you buy.

Edit: by nothing I mean not even the power cord

Correct, I did not feel a missing 16oz power cord, some paperwork or a bag of screws inside of a 6 ft long 40ish pound package...lmao what kind of question is that?!

Thanks OP! Needed to update from my trusty 2006 Panasonic tu-50px in the workout room. Had one in "good" condition so ran over and checked it out. The thing was mint but was able to get them down to 500 and renewed my BB Credit card that was closed forever and able to save 10% or $50.. $450 .. pretty damn slick.

This is a great tv - I got one from amazon a few months ago -- no complaints and google TV is where it's at. Great brightness, great refresh. Use it for 4k ps5 gaming and watching movies.
