Chewy is a legit company for pet products and you can Google Chewy BBB to see they have an A+ rating. I've purchased many pet items from Chewy.

Chewy has been in the pet business for many years. I buy from them at least once a month. Lol. Their customer service is top notch too, so if you're not happy with a purchase, they will absolutely make it right! I have not, however, purchased anything other than pet products so can't speak to this specific item

I do not own a pet, but have purchased items like this from them before. I purchased Eufy cans from them really cheap compared to other outlets. I own the X4 and am surprised to see it advertised as a pet camera. Although it can be used as anything you want, that's not its purpose and it's probably a little clunky to use it that way. It doesn't stand on its own and you have to go through software for anything coming out of this to be useful. A regular camera would be a lot more practical. With that being said I use my X4 at Live events and concerts. It is really awesome for that

Agree, I spend hundreds a month on prescription pet food and whenever there's an issue, just call their number and someone US-based answers the phone immediately. They've always gone above and beyond if there's an issue.

I read Chewy now does (some?) deliveries using Ontrac. Who are they? Some sort of Gig delivery company and they are the worst. I've bought a number of things from a retailer that uses them and every package had issues & the last one disappeared entirely.
