You'd be hard pressed to build this yourself for less. Pretty decent deal and well balanced components with no real bottleneck to speak of. Micro Center in-house brand, so it should be built well too.

You forgot the cost to buy a fresh legit copy of window so add another $109 to that

Very slightly less than the cost of the parts as of right now, not counting prices if you got them at their cheapest.

I'd say pass

I had no idea it was their in-house brand.

You can just use massgravel's activation script. It activates windows 11. It's hosted on Github, which microsoft owns. They don't care

Using the microcenter combo + 9070 xt reaper you can get it for 1440.

Not to mention Hynix memory and a high end controller nvme which will most likely be missing on the prebuilt. Also cybernetics platinum psu.

Could even bump up to a 5070 TI and be under .I've seen prebuilts with these specs at around 1500 but buying from Mc does have some benefits

The memory on the system is CL36. I built a similar system @ microcenter during prime day week with 9800X3D CPU + MB + Memory package. Since then, the price of the memory has jumped. Now, you can't even get the CPU+MB+MEM deal close to what it was almost 3 weeks ago. For a pre-built, this is actually not a bad price. I think the 9800X3D system was another 200 dollars?

At this point I don't even know what we are gonna get for BF, but doesn't seem something will beat this or all the other deals we have been getting, like the one from Walmart with the 5070 Ti for $1,500

We have already seen 7800x3d + 9070 xt at 1500 but that might be in the past now seeing as ram and nvme prices have been creeping upwards

Walmart had the 9800x3d with 5070ti for $100 more. Contemplated it all day and decided to swing by before bed and got one.
