This is a very good tv for SDR. Do not buy this for HDR. It just isn't bright enough. It is also a great tv for gaming at 4k60 or 1440p120 or 1080p120.

I own two of these and paid $327 ea a few months ago at Best Buy. Zero issues so far and I used them only for gaming. The best feature is they remember the last input so when I turn them on, no home screen and right to HDMI input!

False. QM6K is brighter, better picture quality, has more local dimming zones, and more HDMI 2.1 ports.

Both the QM5K & QM6K are mini-LED, does anyone know how this compares to it?

Basically, what do you lose with the QM5K?

The main difference probably is the refresh rate QM5K is 60hz and QM6K is 144hz and probably QM6K is brighter

I got two of the 50" for a camper and they are fantastic so far. They punch way above their weight/price class.

The tv's use the exact same panel but have a different HDMI board and firmware. You lose 4k120hz and one HDMI port with the QM5K. THAT'S IT!

Just so you know, the 50 stands alone and is not as good as the 55/65/75.

Inaccurate assessment from Blown Camaro. QM6K is much better in multiple areas than the QM5K. Quick Google search confirms that.

I have seen people mention number of dimming zones but frankly I don't understand, except that more is apparently better. Would you please give a brief explanation of the advantage of more dimming zones and how to use them? Thanks

P.S. I missed the 65" QM7K by just minutes when WM had it recently for $550. The 7K is usually reviewed as superior to the 6K . I'm hoping to see it for that price again on Black Friday

How good a deal is the 75" for $649.99? Mostly want it for movies and TV; I don't game and only watch minimal sports.

This one or 55Q77 at Costco for approximately same price? Need a reliable tv for my parents. They only watch standard tv and do a little bit of streaming…no gaming
