Red Dragon has gotten much better, I have the smaller version w/o num pad for a few years now!!
Red Dragon may be an acceptable brand now but, this is a "Mechanical Feel" membrane keyboard.
In my experience, a 'basic-cheapie' HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc. from the eWaste bin, will be a better typing experience.

I'm personally a big fan of mechanical keyboards but decided to stop annoying the heck out of the people with the sound so I decided on a Red Dragon keyboard similar to this post and I'm happy with the mechanical feel. Personally, I prefer this over cheapie Dell or other keyboards (besides actual mechanical of course). At least for me, it satisfies the feel but in a much more silent manner. To each their own, but I've become a fan of Red Dragon for their peripherals. They are durable and the paint has never chipped.

You don't need to get a membrane keyboard to not annoy people. It's only the clicky switches, especially blues, that are loud. Linear switches, like reds, etc, aren't any louder than membrane keyboards.
