I have a similar style coupler (like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BQBKH2WC) that I got from Aliexpress. It leaks a little bit, but no worse than normal couplers, and it's a whole lot easier to get on/off. Overall, not bad.
I'd say upgrading the coupler is worth it no matter what you get. I really don't like the normal ones.

Right there with you. I purchased an off-brand version of this style coupler. Makes a world of difference when you have to grease 30 or 40 points on a tractor and FEL.
