With the UPS My Choice I had last year, I was never ONCE able to reschedule or hold or modify a shipment in any way. It always gave some kind of generic "sorry, unable to change delivery date / location for this package" no matter how far in advance or close of a timeframe I tried to do it within.

and they just ignore your instructions, FedEx at least do it for free

Pretty much they are giving you what should be for free. You guys paying for this is why they now charge for it.

My premium membership from the previous deal is still active. I go to renew, successfully apply the code, but the total still says it will cost $20. What is the issue?

100%. We moved last year and now have a sloped driveway - nothing too crazy. They just dump any package that they bring to us on the first piece of grass on our property and dump it there rather than bringing it up to the house. It sits in the rain or mud, can't do anything about it unless we pay for MyChoice Premium. Great system.

Why should changing the delivery date be free?It's more non-standard logistics that they have to perform for your convenience.

I had this for a few years. Worked great to start but in the last year, UPS in my area just started ignoring my requests. Most packages that used to be Surepost are now Innovations and it seemed that the ones that were Surepost never got converted to regular UPS. I refuse to pay for this which many have said should be free and at least in my area, I don't even get the service reliably. Tried calling UPS to complain, and they could care less.
