Check ram price before you commit to barebone.

Yikes! I bought 2x16GB DDR5 SODIMMS from a 2nd tier manufacturer for $74 in July. You can't get that for under $100 now.

Got the UM880 Plus for $350 refurbished with 1TB/32GB.

This is a fine deal, but as already mentioned, the ram isn't as cheap as you'd think

I just got this exact same PC a couple of weeks ago ago. I bought 2x16GB of GSkill cl40 (the lowest latency RAM this PC supports) and it was just under $100 when I made the purchase about 2 weeks ago (maybe 3 by now). As of right now the cheapest I can find is $149.Also worth pointing out that I paid full price for the premium of a cl40 speed memory. I could have gotten quite a few top-tier 32GB options for around $75-80 at the time (on sale) but none at that speed. Not sure where second-tier pricing for RAM was at that time so I'm no help there with any numbers.

The 32GB Ram + 1TB SSD at $469 is not a bad deal either.
