Props for including the prorated/hacked prices!
The cheapest I remember the set I bought (better XR drill, 2x worse 4ah batteries, and an older/worse charger) was around $176 for reference. That was a hack AND a reduced price on the kit.
I feel like this is still a pretty decent price though, I'd assign individual tools these values:
DCD850: $100
DCD799: $75
DCB1104: $20
5ah battery: $50
2ah battery: $25
tool bag: $10 if you need it
So $270-ish give or take depending on your exact needs.
If they come out with a more traditional one, I'd be willing to bet it'll be a 5 3/8" blade similar to the 12V XTREME version.
That is pretty much the lowest line that I would recommend to anyone. If you don't really do much at all around the house and just want stuff to occasionally hang something on the wall, I say as long it says brushless, go for it. (Below basic brushless is still the brushed tools that they still sell, usually if it DOESN'T say brushless on the tool or in the description it's go brushes)
THIS set is the atomic drill & driver AND another tool. If you find yourself fixing/building things somewhat often and plan to continue, I'd go with the higher end atomic (above the atomic tools are the XR line).
