If it was a 13500f or 13400f it would be fine but the 13420h is a laptop chip with only 8 cores split between 4 p cores and 4 e cores.If you just need the 5060 ti 16gb it can make some sense though

It will work perfectly for gaming but as this one is laptop chipset then this could be limitation. So if your workload involves high compute processing you will be stuck with slow processing. Also I am not sure how upgradating to different cpu will work in future due to different socket.
