I think so. It says you have to buy it and then when the tires arrive you can call the store to schedule installation.
I am planning to buy on 11/6 to save the additional $40 (I am already a plus member too).

Use this.Tire Size Calculator https://share.google/oCmRjnU4iiv3coUBQPut in each tire size and do the comparison. You'll be able to see how close they are to each other. A small increment in any portion of the size shouldn't matter much. i.e. A few mm wider/narrower.

That url results into error. So if I have a 205/65/15, I can use 205/60/15?

You could, but they would be too short. You could use 215/60/15.
