If it was glossy I'd pull the trigger. But it has an anti glare matte panel. To many this is a pro.

That's incorrect, this is a QD-OLED panel and has a semi-glossy panel like most other QD-OLED monitors

lol it is not incorrect. Multiple sites list this panel as being matte. You're the one literally making stuff up about a panel you clearly haven't researched.
Most vendors don't correctly list OLED monitors correctly including both Amazon and BestBuy even when they are explicitly glossy, the only manufacturer that has a semi-matte coating on their QD-OLED is Samsung, every other monitor maker has the default semi-glossy coating on QD-OLED.

Best buy specs also list this monitor as having a 100x100 VESA mount and looking at the pictures, I do not see how that is possible unless it only uses 2 screws at the bottom of the monitor which is a terrible place for it and then can't always be used with a different style monitor easily.

This OLED or the AOC QD Mini LED with zones for $250?
https://www.bestbuy.com/product/a...ku/6617199

Hz don't matter to me above 120. Will be using for PS4/PS5 and movie viewing, with some PC gaming.
I know OLED should give me the best black levels/contrast, but is it $150 better?

I have Best Buy certificates I gotta use by end of day, and was all set to get the mini led before this deal popped up.

"Features AOC's AGLR anti-glare glass, which minimizes reflections and improves visibility in bright environments", so anti-glare and glass, maybe not as glossy but also not as matte?

I believed the VESA mount is underneath the round back cover, that's how other AOC monitors are.

This is correct. I had a similar aoc, mounted similarly. Would like to know if this is glossy, as if it is, ticks all the boxes.

I also think that Mini LED should have a better text quality and less risk of burn in, no?

I have it mounted on a dual arm stand right now. The built-in stand is removable.

I own a decent LED IPS monitor (Gigabyte MB27Q). Wanted to upgrade to OLED. Tried a pricy mini-LED. Besides getting brighter the colors and contrast were no better than my regular LED.
Bought a WOLED LG with really good anti-glare. Night and day. Yes, the deep blacks and high contrast were totally worth it.

As far as QD-OLED, it will look amazing as long as your ambient lighting isn't too strong. Also, this is a cheap OLED, so you're making sacrifices such as a non-adjustable stand and lack of ambient lighting, but the panel itself should be decent. IIRC most companies are selling Samsung panels unless it's a Dell.
Unfortunately with QD-OLED you'll have some raised blacks when you have ambient lighting, nothing like an IPS, but in the end yes it'll be worth the $150 more.
