Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Use: Applicable when booking Trip.com airport rides products with online payment.
2. Coupon Validity: Valid until December 31; automatically expires thereafter.
3. Discount Threshold: 5% discount on airport rides fare (excludes value-added service fees such as child seats, insurance, etc.).
4. Usage Restrictions: No time restrictions for rides during validity. Each user may claim only one coupon. Identical device ID, phone number, or UID is considered the same user. Each coupon is single-use and limited to the claiming user's orders. Non-divisible, non-refundable for cash, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other coupons. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or Trip Coins. Not applicable for already paid orders.
5. Refund Policy: If an order using a coupon is canceled without penalty, unpaid due to timeout, or fails: Unused coupon will be returned to the original account if still valid. Expired coupons will not be refunded. Paid orders cannot be modified. If a canceled order incurs a cancellation fee, the coupon (whether partially or fully deducted) will not be refunded.
