Connections are plastic, proprietary, and short. If you need an absolutely basic pressure washer and you don't need quick connect fittings for attachments such as surface cleaners and foam cannons, and you only plan on using it lightly, this is an OK buy.

I would be buying a foam cannon too which for this Karcher is $29. That's a total of $79. Would you say this Westinghouse would be the better buy at that point?

Temper your expectations with any electric pressure washer that has a pump made completely from plastic. You MAY get a couple of years of "ok" use out of it. I bought a refurbished electric Ryobi many years ago with a metal pump that's proved itself very reliable.
