My only complaints are the headband is not adjustable like a traditional headset. It uses an elastic band which limits the position on a large head. I also expected to be able to control the base station from the headset, but you can only control volume. You have to hold the power button down for 3 seconds to turn it on and off, which is slightly inconvenient and would have been solved by on head detection. Ear cups fabric is not my favorite as is slightly scratchy, I prefer the faux leather on the Bose QC series.
