Kleenex Ultra Soft facial tissues are priced as a 3 ply bulk pack that works out to about 0.75 cents per sheet, which compares well with Costco's regular in store pricing and beats the 2 ply version there. The deal looks strongest when the coupon and Subscribe and Save discounts both apply, and one checkout even landed at $10.09 after a Discover discount. The main catch is that the promo is inconsistent, with the 25 percent coupon and the $10 off offer disappearing for some carts and the price jumping when two packs are added. A solid bulk tissue buy if the listed discounts still stick.
Households that want softer 3-ply tissues, because this pack is 3-ply and commenters calculate a lower per-sheet cost than nearby warehouse pricing.
Shoppers comparing bulk tissue prices against warehouse clubs, because the per-sheet cost lands below one warehouse price and the pack is described as a better deal.
Buyers who can stack a valid discount at checkout, because the total can drop sharply when the extra promotion applies.
Shoppers expecting the listed promotion to be available everywhere, because the coupon can be missing or show as not shoppable.
Buyers planning on the advertised total for two packs, because adding two can push the price back up to a higher cart total.
People waiting for the lowest warehouse-club price, because a nearby club sale can undercut this per-sheet cost.

Edit to add that Costco's are 2-ply, these are 3 ply. Seems like an even better deal!
Here's what I'm seeing:
Items (2): $40.98
Shipping & handling: $0.00
$10 off K-C: -$10.00
Subscribe & Save: -$4.10
Estimated tax: $2.16
Total: $29.04
I don't see the coupon that others mentioned on the page. Any idea why?
