Kleenex Ultra Soft facial tissues are priced as a 3 ply bulk pack that works out to about 0.75 cents per sheet, which compares well with Costco's regular in store pricing and beats the 2 ply version there. The deal looks strongest when the coupon and Subscribe and Save discounts both apply, and one checkout even landed at $10.09 after a Discover discount. The main catch is that the promo is inconsistent, with the 25 percent coupon and the $10 off offer disappearing for some carts and the price jumping when two packs are added. A solid bulk tissue buy if the listed discounts still stick.
The deal can work out to about 0.75 cents per tissue, which is lower than a referenced 10-pack price comparison.
The tissues are described as 3-ply, which can make the per-sheet math look better than 2-ply Costco pricing.
The deal is reported to come out to $10.09 total after applying a Discover 30% off offer.
The deal is compared favorably against a Costco in-store price of $19.99 for an 8-pack of 3-ply Kleenex.
The 25% coupon may be unavailable, and the promotion can show an error stating it is not currently shoppable.
The 25% coupon availability can vary, since it may show on the mobile app for some checks.
The final cart price can increase when adding two units, which can raise the per-box cost above the listed deal price.
The deal math can fail to match for some shoppers, since totals may not include the coupon amounts shown in other reports.

Edit to add that Costco's are 2-ply, these are 3 ply. Seems like an even better deal!
Here's what I'm seeing:
Items (2): $40.98
Shipping & handling: $0.00
$10 off K-C: -$10.00
Subscribe & Save: -$4.10
Estimated tax: $2.16
Total: $29.04
I don't see the coupon that others mentioned on the page. Any idea why?
