10.5Ah battery means this is their mid-tier product.

Most likely the TMAX product.

You get what you pay for here.

Mine didn't come with a charger. Support kept saying they'd send one and never did. Actually told me "Oh did it not arrive yet?"

It works decently. The battery capacity fell quickly. Within a few months I'd only get maybe 5 miles out of it. And worse in the winter. It lasted me 2 years before falling apart and I needed a full motor replacement.

I had this one. I also have the 350 W one. I got the 500 so I could go up this hill. It still doesn't get me up all the way, but I just end up pushing myself a little bit. Not much of a big difference between the 350 to 500 except for the shock stuff does really help..

I have this scooter under another brand name. I can tell it's the same one. The scooter is really nice for your basic electric adult scooter. 500w is the minimum I would go for an adult. It carries my 200lbs up a ~15° hill and the speed only drops down to 9mph. Max is 15mph but you can hit 19mph going downhill if you let off the throttle. It's actually very frugal on the battery. I've actually passed this scooter on to my wife and got a much more powerful one for myself, but we still ride together often. We've gone as far as 7 miles continuously and the battery level didn't drop below half, in fact I think it was still at 3/4.The solid tires are a little bumpy, but we've both ridden it on boardwalks. There's no suspension. The light on the front and back is just adequate. It's not hard to find a clamp-on headlight that's brighter. Portability is great. The handlebar locks down on the rear fender at you can lift the whole thing with one hand. Somewhat balanced too when folded. Mine came with a charger. Let me know if you have any other questions. I have zero connection to the company but I'm looking at the scooter right now. We've really enjoyed ours and it's two years old now.

This scooter has a front suspension fork and rear suspension springs/dampers. I'm not saying they are good or effective but they are definitely present. If yours doesn't have any you might have an even lower model. Note many scooters look similar to this one because they are Xiaomi 365 scooter clones. Due to the popularity of the original Xiaomi scooter, it became the design many clones took after.

You're totally right, my bad. Since mine is a couple years old, I wonder if this is a newer version of mine. I noticed the was a slight difference in top speed, but it wouldn't be the first time that the same product had different stated specs for the same item. Thank you for politely pointing out how I was wrong about their comparison. Hopefully this is just a newer version of mine.
