They had excellent for shipping a few days ago and I grabbed one. Got it yesterday. Definitely a slick daily driver for $760. FHD was a bit of a bummer but 3k was $300 more. Not worth it.

I get a real 2.5gig to my wifi 7 ap that's limited by its 2.5g wired connection.Has the asus stuff didn't notice anything worse.Slight flex but it's uniform due to metal case. Plugged in on performance the cpu sustained 40w ish in cinebench. Fans decently quiet

Is this a good deal if the closest to me is excellent condition for $767 or wait for Lenovo IdeaPad deal at Costco for $1000? I am not a gamer at all, I will do some coding, some GUI interfaces, running some simulations. Nothing will be heavy intensive. So, I believe the dedicated GPU is not very beneficial to me, but wonder if it is worth the difference especially for future? Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you

Fantastic deal. I've been watching sales on 14" ultra-portables (thin/light, bright screen, long battery) with 32GB and touchscreen and this is definitely the best I've seen in 6 months of tracking.

For reference, these are the models I've had on my radar:
  • ASUS ZenBook
  • HP Spectre x360
  • Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7i
  • Acer Swift Go
  • ASUS VivoBook S

I picked up one in fair condition at a local Best Buy. Laptop is new condition but didn't come in the original box or with a charger. Luckily uses USB-C and I have few at home. Besides the display, it's a great laptop. I'm going to keep mine.
