When Lenovo ran a sale on Xbox controllers a while back I ordered one and it never shipped. They kept delaying the estimated delivery date, even after I requested to cancel the order (seems ridiculous that I had to request to cancel something that never shipped). I had to contact their customer support multiple times before the order was finally canceled. Lenovo's online ordering system sucks and so does their customer service.

I had the same problem but with a $1000 laptop. They held my money for 3 weeks before finally cancelling the order due to lack of inventory. Customer service is useless.

I just bought a $100 Gamesir wireless Xbox controller. So far so good. Supposed to last a lot longer than these trash can controllers. That being said $35 is about as good as it gets.

Yea it's kinda crazy that I have PS2, Dreamcast and Xbox 360 controllers with no stick drift but series and PS5 controllers break down in months sometimes

For real. I have an old Xbox one X controller that still works fine and 3 series controllers all w drift. Quality took a nose dive after the cervesa sickness.
